Now Hiring:
Delivery and Wholesale Coordinator
Central Montana Food Hub – Martinsdale, MT
We’re growing — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
Central Montana Food Hub is hiring a Delivery and Wholesale Coordinator for our April–November season. This part-time role blends regional delivery with relationship-building — serving restaurants, grocery stores, and residential customers across Big Timber, Livingston, Lewistown, White Sulphur Springs and beyond.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are distribution days out of Martinsdale. The rest of the role focuses on strengthening and expanding wholesale relationships along our existing routes — especially on Main Streets in the communities we serve.
This isn’t high-pressure sales. It’s about consistency, trust, and showing up.
Why This Job Matters
This position plays a key role in strengthening our regional food system — connecting producers to markets, supporting local businesses, serving customers, and keeping dollars circulating locally across Central Montana.
You’ll be part of building the “middle” of the food system in rural communities — the infrastructure that makes local food work at scale.
As we move toward our new facility in Harlowton in 2027 and beyond, this role has real opportunity to grow. As distribution expands and our wholesale program deepens, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility in operations, coordination, and market development.
